Shrimp Sandwich
This shrimp sandwich roll is a great way to enjoy shrimp. It is fresh and light while still being filling.
This sandwich only requires a bit of time and a few ingredients. You’ll feel like you’re enjoying it on the pier.
I made this Spicy Shrimp Roll and Shrimp Scampi Pasta {coming soon}. Both meals were delicious. But, this Spicy Shrimp Roll was my favorite.
My daughter and I set up a lawn picnic to enjoy these tasty sandwiches. It is a great spring or summertime meal.
This Spicy Shrimp Roll is light and flavorful. It is also super easy to make.
The shrimp that I received from Eastern Fish Company {& The Shrimp Council} were massive! Shrimp-Zilla!
These giant shrimp were perfect for this sandwich. Fresh meaty shrimp mixed with mayo, celery, sriracha, lemon, parsley and dill. Fill a soft roll with the shrimp for the Ultimate Spicy Shrimp Roll!
