I’m a parfait fanatic! I can never get enough parfaits in my life. This one is gorgeous. We love Dole products, I keep my pantry stuffed with them. I’m a sucker for the pineapple and peaches, but the mandarin oranges are my ultimate favourite. I eat them every day and even pack them for conferences for breakfast. So good.
I can’t wait to try this. Simple and utterly delicious. Great photos too.

Thanks Kim! Mandarin oranges are my daughter’s favorite too!
