This Berry Smoothie is bursting with flavor!  It will energize you and give you a boost to start your day.  But it tastes so great that you will forget that it is healthy.

I like to add some chia seeds on top.  They are nature’s sprinkles!

Healthy Smoothie Recipe

This fresh smoothie made with fresh berries is more like a dessert. It is sweet, flavorful and filling.

Frozen berries can be used as well. I always keep a bag of frozen berries on hand so I can make things like this smoothie even when it’s not berry season.

This smoothie can be easily made vegan and dairy free.  Simply replace the Greek yogurt with a banana or silken tofu to add creaminess.

Frozen berries can be used if fresh are not available.  Also, your preferred sweetener can be added as necessary.

Lol!! You are so right!! My twenties were filled with adventurous, drinking and hitting all the cool spots around town! Now, in my mid thirties my big fun adventure is going to Target by myself!!…and don’t judge me if I secretly wished that the Starbucks turned into a wine bar after 8! That would be my version of my new life’s paradise!!

Haha! Good trick with the grapes. My daughter may also think that smoothies are milkshakes. I don’t know where she would’ve gotten a crazy idea like that πŸ˜‰
