Turkey Bacon Ranch Pinwheels

Turkey Bacon Ranch Cream Cheese Pinwheels are great for lunch, snack, holiday appetizer, game day or party food. Perfect for using up leftover Thanksgiving turkey, these Turkey Pinwheels can easily be made low carb too.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Full Fat Cream Cheese - softened
  • 2 Tablespoons Dry Ranch Mix
  • 1 Cup Chopped Cooked Turkey or deli turkey
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 Slices Cooked Bacon - chopped
  • Handful Fresh Parsley - chopped
  • Salt/Pepper - to taste*
  • 6 Large Flour Tortillas - room temp

Instructions

  • Mix cream cheese, ranch mix, chopped turkey, shredded cheddar, chopped bacon, chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
  • Spread mixture onto flat tortillas then tightly roll tortillas. Slice into 1-2 inch rounds.
  • Refrigerate until serving.

Notes

*careful adding the salt as other ingredients are salty as well
Feel free to add more bacon to up the flavor.
