Tuaca and Cider Roasted Pears

Ingredients

I used Red Anjou, Ripe Pears

Softened Butter

Tablespoons
Honey
▢

Cup
Apple Cider
▢

Tablespoons
TUACA
▢
Pinch

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F
Grease 9x13 roasting pan with 2 Tb butter.
Peel, halve and core pears. Place cut side down onto buttered pan.
Slather remaining butter onto tops of pears.
Combine honey, cider and TUACA. Microwave 15 seconds and stir.
Pour liquid into pan.
Roast pears for 45-55 minutes or until liquid becomes syrupy and golden brown.
Sprinkle pears with salt and drizzle with honey.
Serve over ice cream, yogurt or cake.
