Tuaca and Cider Roasted Pears are a fantastic Fall dessert! This easy recipe is impressive and full of flavor!

Tuaca and Cider Roasted Pears

Ingredients

  • 3-4 Firm I used Red Anjou, Ripe Pears
  • 4 Tablespoons Softened Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 1/4 Cup Apple Cider
  • 2 Tablespoons TUACA
  • Pinch Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F
  • Grease 9x13 roasting pan with 2 Tb butter.
  • Peel, halve and core pears. Place cut side down onto buttered pan.
  • Slather remaining butter onto tops of pears.
  • Combine honey, cider and TUACA. Microwave 15 seconds and stir.
  • Pour liquid into pan.
  • Roast pears for 45-55 minutes or until liquid becomes syrupy and golden brown.
  • Sprinkle pears with salt and drizzle with honey.
  • Serve over ice cream, yogurt or cake.
