Ingredients

  • 2 Cans Low Sodium Garbonzo Beans 15oz, chickpeas
  • 2-3 Garlic Cloves
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 1/4 Cup Tahini
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt more to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Fresh Cracked Pepper
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Buffalo Wing Sauce

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in food processor.
  • Process for 5-10 minutes or until smooth. Time varies depending on food processor. Stop to scrape down sides when necessary.
  • Serve with a drizzle of Buffalo wing sauce and blue cheese crumbles on top.
