Place brisket into slow cooker.
Top the brisket with the steak seasoning, brown sugar, worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, black pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic salt, and bbq sauce. Add water.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Remove beef and onions from the slow cooker - shred.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place the bottom half of the slider buns in a 9x13 baking dish.
Place half gouda cheese on the bottom buns.
Pile the shredded brisket on top of the cheese.
Top the brisket with the crispy fried onions.
Top with pickles.
Add the remaining cheese slices on top. Top with the bun tops.
In a small microwave safe bowl melt the butter with the minced dried onion and parsley.
Brush over the tops of the slider buns.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until the tops of the buns are golden and the cheese is melty.
