Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Lb Shrimp - peeled deveined
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Cream Cheese - cubed
  • 1/2 Cup Water*
  • 6-8 Cups Fresh Baby Spinach
  • Salt/Pepper

Instructions

  • Melt butter in cast iron pan over medium/high heat. Add shrimp to pan and cook 2-4 minutes (depending on size) until shrimp is just cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • Reduce heat to medium and add onion powder, garlic powder, heavy cream, cream cheese and water. Whisk until smooth and mixture begins to bubble.
  • Add in spinach and cook while stirring 8-10 minutes, until spinach wilts. Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add shrimp back to pan and serve.

Notes

*add more water if needed to thin sauce to preference
