This Red Velvet Brownie Recipe makes the perfect Valentine's Day Dessert! Chocolate Fudge Brownies with that red velvet color. Cut into heart shapes then drizzled with white chocolate!

Ingredients

Brownies

  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa
  • 2/3 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Butter - melted
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon White Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Red Food Coloring

Drizzle

  • 1/2 Cup White Chocolate Morsels
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil

Instructions

Brownies

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Line 8x8 baking dish with foil. Spray with nonstick and set aside.
  • Mix cocoa, flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
  • Using hand mixer; combine sugar and melted butter.
  • Add eggs, vinegar and food coloring. Mix.
  • Slowly mix in dry ingredients.
  • Transfer batter to prepared baking dish.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick an be inserted and removed clean.
  • Allow brownies to cool.
  • Remove brownies by lifting the foil out of baking dish. Peel foil off brownies and transfer to a flat surface.
  • Cut brownies into heart shapes using cookie cutters.

Drizzle

  • Microwave white chocolate and coconut oil until smooth. Stop to stir every 20-30 seconds.
  • Allow chocolate to cool for 1-2 minutes.
  • Drizzle over brownies.
