Ingredients

  • Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 3 Extra Ripe Bananas (mashed)
  • 4 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter (melted)
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 Large Eggs

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF
  • Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
  • Mix mashed banana and melted butter until combined. Then add sugar, vanilla and eggs. Mix.
  • Add dry ingredients to wet and stir until no lumps remain.
  • Transfer to a greased or parchment lined loaf pan.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick can be inserted and come out clean.
