Piñata Cupcakes

Ingredients
- Box Cake Mix – and necessary ingredients per box instructions
- Sprinkles and Candy Blend
- Frosting: Marshmallow Frosting Cookies & Cream Frosting, Buttercream Frosting, etc.
Instructions
- Step 1: Bake the cupcakes
- Prepare box cupcake mix according to package instructions. Let cool.
- Step 2: Create the “piñata” center
- Once cooled, use a small knife or cupcake corer to cut a small hole in the center of each cupcake (about ¾ of the way down).
- Fill each hole with mini candies or sprinkles.
- Replace the top part of the cupcake (trim the bottom so it fits flat).
- Step 3: Frost and decorate
- Prepare frosting. Pipe frosting onto cupcakes. Decorate with additional sprinkles.
