This salsa is great with chips or use it as a fresh, flavorful condiment. Omit the tequila/sugar and this recipe is Paleo & Whole30 friendly, grain free, gluten free, vegan, vegetarian and dairy free.

Ingredients

  • 2 Lbs Vine Ripe Tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 Jalapeno (stem, vein and seeds removed, finely chopped)
  • 1/2 Small Red Onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 Garlic Cloves (finely chopped)
  • Juice of 1/2 a Lime

  • 2 Tablespoons Tequila
  • Handful Fresh Cilantro (chopped)
  • Generous Pinch Salt
  • Small Pinch Sugar

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients and serve.
  • **omit tequila and sugar for Paleo, Whole30 compliant**
