Ingredients

  • ½ tsp paprika or preferred seasoning
  • 2 cod filets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ lemon juiced

Instructions

  • In fry pan or skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high.
  • Season cod then gently place into the skillet.
  • Sauté for 2 minutes per side or until the fish is flaky in the center.
  • Squeeze fresh lemon juice over cod. Serve with lemon wedges.
