Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake Dip

For an easy no bake dessert, make this Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake Dip.  As simple as mixing 4 ingredients and serving with cookies or graham crackers.  Dip into dessert!

Ingredients

  • 2 Packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese 8 oz, softened
  • Zest of 2 Lemons
  • Juice from 2 Small Lemons 6-7 Tablespoons
  • 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 6 oz Fresh Blueberries

Instructions

  • Using a hand mixer; mix cream cheese, zest, juice and sugar.
  • Stir in the fresh blueberries.
  • Dip can be served immediately. The flavor is enhanced if refrigerated for 4 hours before serving.
  • Serve dip with graham crackers or wafer cookies.

Yields approximately 3 cups.
