Jalapeño Popper Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 3 Avocados - skin & seed removed mashed
  • Juice of 1/2 Lime
  • Generous Pinch Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Thick Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/3 Cup Cooked Chopped Bacon about 6 ounces raw bacon, cooked
  • 2 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Jalapeño Pepper more if you like it spicy

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients until desired consistency. Top with bacon, cheese and flaked salt.
  • Store leftovers in container with plastic wrap pressed directly on top of guac to prevent browning.
