Irish Cream Ice Cream

Enjoy the wonderful flavor of Irish Cream Liqueur in this adult Irish Cream Ice Cream Recipe.  The perfect addition to iced coffees, adult floats or eat it with a spoon for a boozy dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Irish Cream Liqueur*
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 Cups Whole Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Ultrafine Sugar

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Place your desired ice cream container into the freezer.
  • Churn the mixture in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions. {this will take longer than usual and will still be quite liquidy due to the alcohol}
  • Once the churning process is complete, transfer to the cold ice cream container.
  • Cover and freeze overnight.

Notes

*Decrease Irish Cream to 1/2 cup for a firmer and more mild ice cream.
