Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 20 ounces Frozen Chopped Spinach - thawed and drained*
  • 6 ounces Frozen Artichoke Hearts - thawed drained & chopped
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese - softened
  • 1/2 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cracked Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Fresh Ground Horseradish optional
  • Cups Shredded Italian Cheese Blend divided

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Thoroughly mix all ingredients together reserving 1/2 cup shredded cheese.
  • Transfer to a 32oz baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbling on top.

Notes

Drain spinach using a mesh strainer. Then transfer to paper towels to remove any remaining liquid. For a creamier dip, only use 10 ounces of spinach.
Recipe yields 3½ cups.
