Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Yellow Mustard Seeds 2oz
  • 1/4 Cup Filtered Water
  • 1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3 Tablespoons Honey or more
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Thyme Leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric

Instructions

  • Combine the mustard seeds, water and apple cider vinegar in a glass jar. Seal and refrigerate overnight.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and puree to desired consistency.
  • Add more honey or herbs to taste.
  • Store in a clean, air tight glass jar. Refrigerate and use withing 3-4 weeks.

Notes

This recipe yields 1 cup of mustard.
