Healthy Oatmeal Muffin Dippers

Ingredients

Cup
Old Fashioned Oats
▢
1/4
teaspoon
Sea Salt
▢
1/2
teaspoon
Baking Powder
▢
2
Large Eggs - lightly beaten
▢
1/4
Cup
Silk Cashewmilk
or almondmilk
▢
2
Tablespoons
Honey
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F
Mix oats, salt and baking powder.
Add cashewmilk, eggs and honey. Mix.
Divide mixture between 12 mini muffin tins that have been generously sprayed with nonstick.
Bake for 25-27 minutes or until golden brown.
Immediately transfer to cooling rack.
Serve muffin dippers with Silk Dairy-Free Yogurt Alternative.
