Healthy Oatmeal Muffin Dippers

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 2 Large Eggs - lightly beaten
  • 1/4 Cup Silk Cashewmilk or almondmilk
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Mix oats, salt and baking powder.
  • Add cashewmilk, eggs and honey. Mix.
  • Divide mixture between 12 mini muffin tins that have been generously sprayed with nonstick.
  • Bake for 25-27 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Immediately transfer to cooling rack.
  • Serve muffin dippers with Silk Dairy-Free Yogurt Alternative.
