Cooking whole shrimp is quick and easy. This Head On Shrimp Recipe keeps the flavors and process simple and approachable. Whole peel and eat shrimp swimming in a buttery garlic sauce.
Add wine to pan, simmer for 1-2 minutes or until liquid decreases by half. Add butter, garlic, salt and pepper. Stir and sauté for 1 minute. Add shrimp and lemons to pan. Toss until coated in butter mixture.
Transfer pan to oven and roast 15-20 minutes or until pink and cooked through. Toss twice during cook time. Broil on high the last 2-3 minutes for a little char (optional).
Serve topped with fresh chopped parsley and red chili flakes.
