Ingredients

  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup Mirin Japanese sweet wine
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Sake

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and allow to cool before serving.
