Ingredients

Sugar

Cup
Unsalted Butter - softened

Musselman’s Apple Butter
▢

Large Egg Yolks
▢

teaspoon
Salt
▢
¼
teaspoon
Ground Cinnamon
▢

teaspoon
Cornstarch
Instructions
Mix butter, sugar and cornstarch with hand mixer.
Add egg yolks, apple butter, salt and cinnamon. Mix.
Transfer mixture to a small saucepan over medium/low heat.
Heat (while whisking continuously). 18-19 minutes for a thin curd or 20-23 minutes for a thick spreadable curd. (curd will thicken when cooled)
Refrigerate overnight. Store in an airtight container.
