Easy Antipasto Skewers

Ingredients

  • Grape Tomatoes
  • Black and Green Olives
  • Prosciutto
  • Salami
  • Mozzarella
  • Fresh Basil
  • Marinated Artichoke Hearts
  • Balsamic Glaze
  • Grinder Italian Seasoning
  • Long Wooden Appetizer Skewers

Instructions

  • Make the balsamic glaze if not using store bought.
  • Cut the meat, cheese and artichokes into chunks. Don’t cut too small or they will be difficult to skewer.
  • Skewer the ingredients onto the wooden skewers. Sprinkle with Italian season then drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.

Notes

Feel free to omit or add ingredients to your skewers to fit your preferences.
Balsamic Glaze: For these skewers I used about 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar and a pinch of sugar. Boiled down in a small. sauté pan until syrupy.
