Ingredients

Brownies

  • 1/2 Cup Butter - melted
  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Dutch Baking Cocoa
  • 2 Eggs - lightly beaten
  • 1 Cup Dixie Crystals Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt

Glaze

  • 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 7-8 teaspoons Heavy Cream

Toppings

  • Red Sparkle Sugar Gel
  • Royal Icing Chopped Finger Cupcake Toppers

Instructions

Brownies

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Mix melted butter and cocoa powder.
  • Add eggs while stirring then add sugar and vanilla.
  • Stir in four, baking powder and salt until mixture is just combined.
  • Transfer to a generously greased 8x8 pan.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  • Cool before glazing.
  • Remove brownies from pan and cut into squares.

Glaze

  • Mix powdered sugar and heavy cream until mixture becomes a thick smooth consistency.
  • Spoon glaze over each brownie.

Toppings

  • Squeeze 3-4 drop of Red Sparkle Sugar Gel onto glaze. Swirl using a toothpick.
  • Place Royal Icing Chopped Fingers on top of brownies. Or, use a toothpick to create a hole in the side of brownies and gently insert fingers halfway.
