Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Olive or Avocado Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice (1-2 lemons)
  • 1 Tablespoon Poppy Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • Salt/Pepper To Taste
  • **honey**

Instructions

  • Whisk all ingredients together until fully combined. Or, add ingredients to jar with a lid. Tighten lid and shake until incorporated.
  • Refrigerate any leftovers.

Notes

**If a sweetened dressing is preferred, add maple syrup or honey 1 teaspoon at a time until desired flavor. Note: this recipe is NOT Whole30 compliant when sweeteners are added.**
