Instructions
Prepare chicken if necessary. For a short cut I use store bought cooked chicken.
Combined all ingredients in large bowl then mix. Adjust the amount of mayo to your preferences, adding more for a creamier chicken salad.
Serve over rice, salad, on a sandwich, in a wrap or alone.
