Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Shredded Chicken
  • 3 Celery Ribs - sliced
  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Brown Mustard
  • 1/3 Cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1/3 Cup Chopped Pecans
  • Salt/Pepper - to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare chicken if necessary. For a short cut I use store bought cooked chicken.
  • Combined all ingredients in large bowl then mix. Adjust the amount of mayo to your preferences, adding more for a creamier chicken salad.
  • Serve over rice, salad, on a sandwich, in a wrap or alone.
