CRAB ROLL RECIPE

It’s crab season and this Easy Crab Roll Recipe is the perfect way to enjoy fresh crab meat. Fresh picked crab meat tossed with mayo, lemon, celery, chives and Old Bay seasoning then piled onto a soft buttery roll. It doesn’t get much better than this!

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Cooked Fresh Lump Crab Meat - drained of all liquid
  • 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • Zest of 1 Lemon
  • 1 Celery Stalk - finely chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • Salt/Pepper - to taste
  • Pinch Fresh Chopped Dill
  • 4 Brioche Hot Dog Rolls

Instructions

  • Most importantly, remove liquid from crab. Let drain in a mesh strainer then pat dry with paper towels if needed.
  • Combine crab, mayo, lemon juice/zest, celery, chives, Old Bay, salt and pepper. Toss gently to prevent crab from falling apart.
  • Spoon mixture into rolls. top with additional chives and fresh dill. Serve.
