large avocados
halved and pitted

cup
cherry tomatoes
sliced in half
▢

cup
mozzarella pearls
▢

tablespoons
fresh basil leaves
chopped
▢

tablespoons
balsamic vinegar
▢

tablespoon
olive oil
▢
Salt and pepper
to taste
▢
Fresh basil leaves
for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Halve and pit the avocados. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
Combine cherry tomatoes and mozzarella pearls in a bowl.
In a small bowl, combine the basil leaves, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Pour dressing over the tomatoes and mozzarella, toss to combine.
Fill each of the avocados with the caprese salad and drizzle any leftover sauce on top.
Garnish with more basil leaves and season with salt and pepper to taste.
