Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Steamed Broccoli
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese - softened
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
  • Cups Shredded Colby Jack/Mozzarella Cheese - divided
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cracked Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • Fresh Parsley - chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Steam broccoli on stove until tender. Pat steamed broccoli dry with paper towel to remove excess moisture. Trim stems and chop florets.
  • Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, 1 cup shredded cheese, pepper, salt, garlic powder and onion powder.
  • Stir in chopped broccoli.
  • Transfer to oven safe dish. Top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake 25 minutes. Broil on high 2-3 minutes or until browned and bubbly.
  • Top with chopped parsley and serve.
