Ingredients

  • 1 Lb Ground Beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • Salt/Pepper
  • 1 Head Iceberg Lettuce - chopped
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Cup Chopped Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 Cup Sliced Pickles
  • Toasted Sesame Seeds
  • Dressing:
  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 3 Tablespoons Dill Relish
  • 1 teaspoon Yellow Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon White Vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • Small Pinch Sugar optional

Instructions

  • Season ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Brown ground beef in large pan, leave the beef in bite sized chunks. Drain beef.
  • Dressing: Mix all dressing ingredients until combined.
  • Salad: Combine lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, pickles and ground beef. Top with dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
