BERRY CHEESECAKE SALAD

Berry Cheesecake Salad is a simple blend of cheesecake fluff, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries and blueberries. This dessert salad comes together in just 5 minutes and is perfect for 4th of July, parties, holidays, barbecues and potlucks.

  • 8 Ounces Cream Cheese room temperature
  • 8 Ounces Cool-Whip thawed
  • Cup White Granulated Sugar
  • 1 ½ Cups Sliced Strawberries
  • 1 ½ Cups Blueberries
  • 1 ½ Cups Raspberries
  • 1 ½ Cups Blackberries
  • 1 Teaspoon Clear Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, using handmixer whip together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla.
  • Add Cool-Whip, mix until fully combined.
  • Gently fold the berries into the mixture until evenly distributed.
  • Serve immediately or chill for an hour before serving for a thicker consistency.
