Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks or canned pineapple in juice, drained
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1 cup regular milk whole, 2%, or skim
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional, for extra sweetness

Instructions

Prepare Ingredients:

  • If using fresh pineapple, cut into chunks.
  • Cut banana in half

Blend:

  • In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, banana slices, milk, Greek yogurt, and ice cubes.
  • If desired, add honey for extra sweetness.

Blend Until Smooth:

  • Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender a few times to ensure everything is well combined.
