BAKED REUBEN SLIDERS
These BAKED REUBEN SLIDERS are a quick, easy and absolutely delicious dinner idea. Thinly sliced corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut and thousand island dressing tucked inside soft Hawaiian rolls then baked to melty perfection.
½cupand + 2 teaspoons Thousand Island dressingdivided
1lbthinly sliced deli corned beef pastramior leftover shredded corned beef
8ouncesSwiss cheese
1cupsauerkrautthoroughly drained
4tablespoonsunsalted buttermelted
1 ½teaspoonsDijon mustard
1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
2teaspoonsminced dried onion
1teaspoonpoppy seeds
½tablespoonfresh minced parsley
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray bottom of a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
Slice your sheet of Hawaiian rolls in half crosswise.
Spread half cup of Thousand Island dressing onto the bottom of the Haawaiian rolls.
Layer half of the Swiss cheese on top of the dressing.
Evenly spread the sauerkraut across the cheese.
Layer the meat on top of the sauerkraut, followed by a layer of the remaining Swiss cheese.
Place the top bun layer back onto the sliders.
Mix together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, 2 teaspoons of Thousand Island dressing, dried onion and poppy seeds.Generously brush mixture across the tops of the slider buns.
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the sliders are cooked through and the cheese is melted.
Optional* place the cooked sliders under the broiler for 2-3 minutes to brown the top of the rolls.
Garnish the tops of the warm sliders with the fresh minced parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days in the refrigerator.
