Ingredients

  • 2 Large Heirloom Tomatoes (chopped)
  • 2 Avocados (skin & seed removed, chopped)
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • 1/2 Red Onion (sliced thin)
  • Handful Cilantro (chopped)
  • 1/2 Cup Hulled Hemp Seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons Avocado Oil
  • Salt/Pepper to Taste

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients and gently toss together to prevent avocado from mashing.
  • Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
