Meatballs & Gravy - with onions - 

One-Pan Meatballs and Gravy with Onions is a simple yet satisfying weeknight dinner. Easy Swedish-style meatballs smothered with a Sweet Vidalia Onion Gravy served over mashed potatoes, rice or noodles.

KEY INGREDIENTS

Ground Beef

Breadcrumbs

Egg

Vidalia Onions

Worcestershire Sauce

Italian Seasoning

Beef Broth

Flour

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, worcestershire sauce, seasoning, salt & pepper. Roll into 15 meatballs.

Brown the meatballs then remove from pan & set aside. Add sliced onions to the same pan & saute for 5-10 minutes.

Add butter & flour then slowly pour broth, Worcestershire sauce and water while stirring. Bring to Simmer then reduce heat.

Return meatballs to the pan and cook for a further 10-15 minutes. Add salt & pepper to taste.

SERVING TIPS

Serve topped with fresh parsley over mashed potatoes, rice or noodles.
