Chipotle Ranch Dressing Spread
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Full Fat Sour Cream
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1/8 teaspoon Ground Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Dried Parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon Dried Dill
- 1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar, or white vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Whole Milk, add 1-2 additional Tablespoons for thinner salad dressing
- 2 Canned Chipotle Peppers - finely chopped, about 2 teaspoons
- 2 teaspoons Adobo Sauce, from can
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and refrigerate 2+ hours before serving.
- Use as sandwich spread, dip or salad dressing.
Notes
Recipe yields approximately 2 cups.
Foster Farms Don’t Call Me Basic contest
Here are the simple steps to enter the Foster Farms Don’t Call Me Basic sandwich contest:
- Create a turkey sandwich using Foster Farms All Natural Sliced Turkey lunchmeat and other creative ingredients of your choosing.
- Post a photo of your sandwich to Instagram. In the caption, include the list of ingredients and tag@FosterFarms and #DontCallMeBasic. Make sure your profile is public!
Entries may also be emailed to [email protected] if participants don’t have an Instagram account. The grand prize includes a two-night stay for two at a Napa Valley luxury hotel, travel to/from and a gourmet picnic lunch ($4,000 value) or $4,000 cash prize. Random weekly drawings will be held every Friday to give all participants a chance to win. Prizes for the weekly drawings will include high-end Panini presses or gourmet picnic basket sets. The contest will last the month of August (National Sandwich Month) and is open to all U.S. residents over the age of 18.
Sandwich concoctions will be selected and judged by a panel of culinary and food media professionals, who will identify five recipe finalists. The grand prizewinner will be selected from the finalists by a panel of five food and lifestyle blogger judges. The winner will be announced in early September.
