Healthy Oatmeal Muffin Dippers
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
- 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 2 Large Eggs - lightly beaten
- 1/4 Cup Silk Cashewmilk, or almondmilk
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Mix oats, salt and baking powder.
- Add cashewmilk, eggs and honey. Mix.
- Divide mixture between 12 mini muffin tins that have been generously sprayed with nonstick.
- Bake for 25-27 minutes or until golden brown.
- Immediately transfer to cooling rack.
- Serve muffin dippers with Silk Dairy-Free Yogurt Alternative.
