This Slow Cooker Turkey Breast is great for the holidays or as an easy dinner recipe year round! Add this to your small family holiday menu or make it as a nutritious meal. This is a Whole30 compliant and Paleo recipe.
Mix together garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Set aside.
Drizzle olive oil inside a 6 quart slow cooker. Place the onions and lemons in a flat, even layer. Place the turkey breast on top, skin side up. Rub turkey breast with spices. Arrange fresh herbs around the turkey.
Cook on low for approximately 4½ hours. Begin checking internal temp every half hour at about the 3 hour mark. Once turkey reaches 165ºF internal temp, remove from crockpot. Allow to sit for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
