Ingredients
  • 3/4 Cup Unsalted Butter - softened
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup White Sugar
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Rodelle Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Rodelle Almond Extract
  • 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Corn starch
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chunks
  • 1/2 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips
  • Maldon Salt
Instructions
  1. Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.

    Add egg, vanilla, and almond extract. Mix.

    Add flour, corn starch, baking soda and salt and continue mixing until mixture becomes a thick cookie dough.

  2. Stir in chocolate chunks and mini chips.

    Cover and refrigerate 2+ hours (preferably overnight).

  3. Preheat oven to 350ºF

  4. Use large scoop to portion out dough. Flatten rounds slightly then place on cookie sheet.

  5. Bake for 11-12 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with maldon salt. Leave cookies on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to cooling rack.

    Makes approximately 15 cookies.
