Ingredients
Pots de Creme
  • 13 ounce Can Coconut Cream (not coconut milk)
  • 2 Large O Organics Eggs
  • 1 Cup O Organics Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of Salt
Toppings
  • O Organics Shredded Coconut
  • Whipped Cream (dairy free)
  • Fresh Raspberries
Instructions
  1. Quickly whisk together coconut cream and eggs in a 3 quart pot over medium heat. Continue to whisk and cook for 5-7 minutes or until mixture begins to steam heavily.

  2. Remove pot from heat and immediately begin to stir in chocolate chips. Add a little at a time, whisking between each addition until all chocolate is melted and smooth.

  3. Whisk in vanilla and salt.

  4. Pour into mini dishes or ramekins. Refrigerate 6+ hours to set.

  5. Top with shredded coconut, whipped cream and raspberries. Serve.
