Made this with leftover turkey from the Thanksgiving turkey and it was delicious. Just warned the turkey meat in the pan and added extra olive oil for the flour slurry. It turned out delicious. A new favorite! I will definitely make this again.

I’ve made this recipe a handful of time and LOVE IT!! It even passed the test with my 3 year old! I’m making it again tonight and am adding more spinach and water chestnuts!
