this salad was so tasty and easy. my husband who doesn’t like raw spinach loved it…the dressing was the best..tangy & sweet. Maybe I’ll make a big batch to have on hand.

Love this salad. I do leave out the nuts and it is still delicious. Think the dressing would be great on just strawberries as an app too! This is one of our favorite salads especially if we are having guests.

Can you store the dressing at room temperature? If not, the olive oil solidifies.

Mix together the vegetable oil, red wine vinegar, dried mustard, poppyseeds, sugar, and salt. Keep the dressing out at room temperature. Thanks for this amazing recipe.
