How many ounces of meat? Your picture shows 40 oz packages… Is it really 80 oz total?

This sounds super easy and yummy, do you think I could substitute the apricot jam for raspberry or strawberry jam and substitute the turkey sausage for pork sausage links and it still taste as good??
