Added red onion. Replaced the oil with mayonnaise which is more of a traditional street corn flavor. Replaced the chili powder with smoked paprika. Shared the recipe many may times! Everyone loves it!! Would be good as a dip as the recipe is not a huge amount for a side dish. I always double it and never have leftovers
