Hi there, with the melt and pour method, when I pour the mixture into the soap mold, all the lavender buds will settle and go to the bottom, right? So my question is, how did you get yours to be on the sides. I’m looking at the photos you provided, and the white part of the soap has the lavender on top of it which I understand, but also everywhere on the sides. So what do I need to do to make that happen? Thank you so much!

In reply to Peggy Lynne Cupp. You can swirl the lavender into the soap when still melted. Just be aware that flowers in soap will discolor over time and leaving them on the outside prevents this a bit.

How do you get the lavender buds to be evenly disbursed throughout the soap.. not just on the top?

In reply to Lexy. Weird, perhaps you used a tad too much. It should just evaporate off of the soap very quickly.
