I have not tried to freeze these. Typically when freezing a rise dough I believe it is done before the second rise because the dough rises when it thaws. But, like I said, I do not have much experience with that. I will say that these rolls were still fantastic the next day. Or you can always slightly underbake then reheat and finish baking on Christmas.]]></description>
