I have made this several times and never disappointed!! I do add extra spices for my own taste preferences as I like it with more spice. I add cayenne powder and red pepper flakes with some garlic salt! This is one of my go to recipes πŸ˜‹!!

I would only use regular cooked rice, not the processed quick rice. Also add some lemon and butter. More authentic stuffed cabbage dish. Delicious!
