Dill pickle lovers might enjoy finding Crispy Spicy French Fried Dill Pickles in store (Meijer in Ohio) near the French’s onions on shelf. They add such a great texture to this dip! We love it!!

This was a such yummy, refreshing dip! I was in a little hurry to make it; I will say it is so much better the next day or after a few hours chilled. I did add a little Bacon and Chive seasoning I had on hand to substitute my in a rush this needs to taste good and set for an appetizer and it really hit the spot!

This looks good, but you said to use full fat sour cream – is there a reason for that? Does it affect the consistency? I was thinking of substituting Fage 5% Greek yogurt for the sour cream and using low fat cream cheese.
