Made this for dinner tonight. Layered sliced onions then julienned carrots, drizzled ranch sauce on the very bottom then onions, etc., drizzled more ranch sauce on carrots; then potatoes dotted with butter and sprinkled with Garlic Plus and parsley. Search the chops with Garlic Plus and pepper then layered on top of potatoes and brushed with ranch sauce and dotted with butter and sprinkled with green onions. I didn’t use any oil in the ranch sauce but added warm water, chicken broth and half the ranch packet and extra apple cider vinegar. Didn’t add any salt to the veggies or chops - thought the ranch was salty enough. I would add more chicken broth so that the chops are not so dry.

I did add extra ranch seasoning and I browned the chops before the crockpot, but everything was still bland. I had 8oz pork chops, so maybe my pork to ranch seasoning ratio was off. Knowing the weight of 6 pork chops would have been helpful.

I thought this recipe was very flavorful. I made it 2 weeks ago and I wasn't a fan of the oily taste so I made it today with chicken broth instead of olive oil and it was very good. Thanks for your recipe.

Dry pork chops and flavorless. Seared with salt and pepper. Added in your additions - onion and more dry ranch. Waste of expensive pork chops sadly.

I made this tonight but with some changes. Didn't have Apple Cider vinegar so I used the brine from my pickled hot peppers. I used a whole packet of Ranch and added baby carrots the last hour of cooking time. And seasoned my potatoes and pork chops with onion and garlic powder and s&p.
Next time I will probably replace the oil with chicken stock. Too greasy for me.
My chops were boneless so they were a little dry but nothing a little bbq sauce couldn't fix next time I will use bone in chops and check it at 2 hrs. My slow cooker runs hot.

Placed 5 bone in chops in my insta pot, maybe 2 cups of apple cider vinegar, 1 1/2 cups chicken broth, 2 cups of water, red potatoes, 2 teaspoons of minced garlic, salt, 2 dry ranch packets, onion powder set on pressure cook for 20 mins…… BOOM fall off the bone flavorful pork chops, potatoes where super soft and so so good!!!!!
