Nicole. I made the mistake of thinking I could overfill these cupcakes was I wrong what a disaster. Don’t get me wrong they tasted fabulous but looked terrible. So bad there was no way I could take them to a child’s birthday party. Believe me the pastry shop came in very handy LOL. How much do you suggest for the filling without having something that looks like a blew up?

Hi Nicole, These look wonderful. I am lookig for a filled cupcake that I can freeze. We are celebrating my grandsons birthday in the mountains at a cabin and I would make them ahead of time and freeze them. Would that work with these?? Thanks!
